Since Energodesign engages experts in various fields it has capacity to consider various aspects regarding the needs and requirements of its clients and to propose optimal solution. The holder of design and construction activities is the company Energogroup, the key partner of Energodesign that has 40 architects, mechanical, civil and electro engineers and over 200 projects realized according to high professional standards and taken over within contractual terms. The cooperation that the company Energodesign has with the leading consulting companies Colliers International , Wolf&McGill and CBRE in the properties and real estate management domain as well as in the domain of investments into real estate market , helps Energodesing to find the best way of financing and provide a client with the guarantees for the investment. Energodesign is organized in four fields that cover the project development from the idea to design plan, providing clearly defined investment plan and financial projecting, projecting and design solution and building construction including management over site works. Each of four departments have defined specific processes, but each department starts from the analysis of the existing parameters, through development and design solutions, and it ends with solution implementation.
